Order Cancellation Rights

The cancellation window ends 7 days after the day You receive the Goods, or when a third party (other than the courier) designated by You receives them.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after We receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the original payment method, and You will not be charged any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Goods that are perishable, time‑sensitive, or past their expiry date.
  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other products.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to You.
  • If the product was not marked as a gift, or if it was delivered to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
