Important Note: At Prestalla, we will never request your credit card details, OTP, or the password for your debit/credit card. Please do not share such information with anyone under any circumstances.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
- All orders are shipped and delivered within 5–21 days from the date of placing the order.
- While most orders (around 95%) are dispatched within 10 days or less, certain orders may require up to 21 days to be delivered.
Tracking and Order Status
If your order has not been shipped even after 21 days of placing it, please check the current status in the My Account section of our Website.
Through this section, you can view the latest updates and details for all your orders, whether they are still Processing or already Fulfilled.
Steps to check your order status:
- Log in (if not already logged in) using the “Login” link at the top right of the Website.
- Click on the “My Account” option at the top right.
- On the My Account page, select “My Orders” to see the complete status of all your orders placed with Prestalla.
